MANDATORY VENDOR ONLINE ENTRY FORM

To be considered as an approved vendor at the World Youth Rugby 10s (WYR10S) tournament, all vendors are required to complete the official online Vendor Registration Form.

Submission of this form constitutes an expression of interest only and does not guarantee approval or placement within the tournament vendor area.

Vendor applications will be reviewed by the Tournament Organising Committee, and successful applicants will receive a formal written confirmation outlining their approved vendor status, allocated space, operational requirements, and event information.

Until such confirmation is issued, applicants are not considered officially approved vendors for the tournament.

I acknowledge that this submission constitutes an official request to operate as a vendor at the World Youth Rugby 10s (WYR10S) tournament and that vendor applications are subject to review and approval by the Tournament Organising Committee.

I understand that submission of this form does not guarantee approval and that vendor positions are limited and allocated based on tournament requirements, suitability, operational capacity, and event planning considerations.

I further agree to comply with all tournament rules, venue requirements, safety regulations, operational procedures, and directions issued by the Tournament Organising Committee while operating at the event.

I acknowledge that vendors may be required to provide evidence of relevant licences, permits, food handling certifications, public liability insurance, safety documentation, or any other compliance documentation requested by the Tournament Organising Committee prior to approval or participation.
