MANDATORY TEAM ONLINE ENTRY FORM

• To participate in the World Youth Rugby 10s (WYR10S) tournament, all teams are required to submit the official online entry form.

• The submission of an entry form constitutes a request to participate only and does not guarantee placement in the tournament.

• A team’s entry will only be deemed accepted once the Tournament Organisers have reviewed the submission and issued a formal written Entry Confirmation.

• Until such confirmation is provided, the team is not considered registered in the competition.

• By submitting this entry form, I confirm that I am an authorised representative of the team and have the full permission of the club, school, or organisation to register this team for participation in the World Youth Rugby 10s (WYR10S) tournament.

• I acknowledge that this submission constitutes an official request to enter the tournament and that the information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that entry into the tournament is subject to review by the Tournament Organisers and is not deemed accepted until a formal Entry Confirmation has been issued.

• I further agree to comply with all tournament rules, policies, and conditions of participation as set out by the Tournament Organising Committee.
