MANDATORY REFEREE REGISTRATION FORM

 

• To be considered for an officiating position at the World Youth Rugby 10s (WYR10S) tournament, all referees and match officials are required to complete the official online Referee Registration Form.

• Submission of this form constitutes an expression of interest only and does not guarantee appointment to the tournament officiating panel.

• Referee applications will be reviewed by the Tournament Organising Committee and Referee Management Team, and successful applicants will receive a formal written confirmation outlining their appointment, responsibilities, and tournament information.

• Until such confirmation is issued, applicants are not considered officially appointed referees or match officials for the tournament.

• By submitting this registration form, I confirm that the information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

• I acknowledge that this submission constitutes an official request to officiate at the World Youth Rugby 10s (WYR10S) tournament and that referee appointments are subject to review and approval by the Tournament Organising Committee and Referee Management Team.

• I understand that submission of this form does not guarantee appointment and that officiating positions are limited and allocated based on tournament requirements, experience, qualifications, and suitability.

• I further agree to comply with all tournament rules, referee standards, codes of conduct, safety requirements, and directions issued by the Tournament Organising Committee while officiating at the event.

• I understand that all referees and match officials are expected to represent the values of the tournament with professionalism, integrity, fairness, respect, and sportsmanship at all times.

• I acknowledge that, due to the youth nature of the event, referees and officials may be required to provide evidence of relevant child safety verification, Working With Children accreditation/checks, referee qualifications/accreditation, safeguarding certification, or any other compliance documentation requested by the Tournament Organising Committee prior to appointment or participation.
