MANDATORY VOLUNTEER ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

To be considered for a volunteer position at the World Youth Rugby 10s (WYR10S) tournament, all volunteers are required to complete the official online Volunteer Registration Form.

Submission of this form constitutes an expression of interest only and does not guarantee placement within the tournament workforce.

Volunteer applications will be reviewed by the Tournament Organising Committee, and successful applicants will receive a formal written confirmation outlining their volunteer role, responsibilities, and event information.

Until such confirmation is issued, applicants are not considered officially appointed volunteers for the tournament.

I acknowledge that this submission constitutes an official request to volunteer at the World Youth Rugby 10s (WYR10S) tournament and that volunteer appointments are subject to review and approval by the Tournament Organising Committee.

I understand that submission of this form does not guarantee placement and that volunteer positions are limited and allocated based on tournament requirements and suitability.

I further agree to comply with all tournament policies, codes of conduct, safety requirements, and directions issued by the Tournament Organising Committee while participating as a volunteer.

I understand that all volunteers are expected to represent the values of the tournament with professionalism, integrity, respect, and teamwork at all times.

I acknowledge that, due to the youth nature of the event, all volunteers may be required to provide evidence of relevant child safety verification, Working With Children accreditation/checks, safeguarding certification, or any other compliance documentation requested by the Tournament Organising Committee prior to appointment or participation.
